Arbitration

Arbitration is an alternative dispute resolution method for rendering ‘arbitral awards’. As it was introduced in Palestine, Al-Zubi Law Office played a substantial role, notably, it was part of the efforts of drafting the effective Law of Arbitration No. 3 of 2000.

In the area of arbitration, we represented several national, regional, and international companies and governmental bodies before local and international arbitral tribunals where disputes arise from commercial, construction, financial, fiscal, and investment agreements, including concession and licensing agreements, distribution and agency agreements, supply agreements and other transactions.
